Mediterranean Savor: Salad with cooked beans and raw vegetables.



Dark red beans salad, previously cooked, with cherry tomatoes and thinly sliced cucumber, dressed with lemon juice (freshly squeezed), extra virgin olive oil and sea salt. 

Dark red beans beans cooked with a onion and two bay leaves.

Cranberry beans served warm in their cooking liquid, combined with red cabbage, raw and shredded. If desired, dress to taste.
